CoVid-19 (Update 21st April)

Singapore

With effect from 7th April until 1st June 2020 (inclusive), and in line with Government control measures, Frontier Force personnel are working from home.

Software services remain uninterrupted and support matters continue to be handled via the usual channels.

For the those local businesses deemed essential services, technical support services are available, and where possible, to limit interaction, any support matters will be performed remotely via teleconferencing and/or remote access tools. In the event an onsite visit by a technical team member is necessary, written authorisation must be provided by the requesting organisation and include
a) confirmation it is deemed by Government as being an essential service and
b) social distancing and personal protection practises being employed.

Business meetings and visits during this period will be rescheduled to a convenient time or conducted via teleconferencing.

No delivery of goods will be accepted during this time.

Malaysia

Malaysia will see a gradual lifting of the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 12th May onwards and we anticipate personnel physically returning on 1st June 2020.
